My Answer :
President Biden and the Democrats created the problem by shutting down the clean, cheap fossil fuel business and began relying on expensive subsidized green energy. That didn’t work. The reduction of supply drove prices higher and that was just the beginning under President Biden who brought inflation to 9.5 % compared to under 3% with President Trump.
Then President Biden and his border czar Vice President Kamala Harris opened the borders and invited 20-25 million illegal migrants to cross our American sovereign frontiers driving prices even higher by competing with Americans for products, services, In addition there were secondary consequences like competing for hospital beds, classroom seats, doctors office visits, dental services, medical clinics, affordable housing which lead to new taxes to cover migrants benefits for everything President Biden gave them for free thanks to the generosity of the American tax payer who apparently had no idea what was going on because there was the public made very little noise until President Trump came around and educated everyone.
To add insult to injury the smart illegal migrants work off the books taking away American jobs and get paid again while Americans are trying to survive on deflated dollars due to President Biden’s economic, domestic and foreign policy’s. The migrants got everything for free with no overhead and then pull in a tax free cash salary for the work they do off the books then send much of it home making their families wealthy by their countries standards while Americans get poorer and their quality of life diminishes.
Either Democrats are not thinking this thing through or they have TDS an incurable mental disability called Trump Derangement Syndrome. If you go woke you go broke like the citizens of Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, and China.
Time to read this week’s economic indicators and jobs reports. New jobs were expected to come in at 35,000 but came in at 172,000 private sector jobs, unemployment held steady at 4.3 %, hourly earnings grew by 3.4 %; Inflation is up but still lower than President Biden’s 9.5%.
Once the Iran war is over, prices for energy will drop to previous levels but right now I am paying $4.25 for a gallon of gas in New York, still lower than President Biden’s $5.15, $2.39 for a gallon of whole milk, $1.39 for a dozen large eggs, $1.99 for 8 oz cream cheese, $2.99 for pound of butter, $1.39 for White bread, $1.25 for a rye bread, $4.99 a pound for Land of Lakes American Cheese, (Lidl) $.79 for bagels, .99 for jelly donuts etc.

Rent is a major problem. When President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris our border czar opened the borders and let into our country in 4 years between 20 to 25 million people, the already existing housing shortages reached epidemic crises levels never seen before in history. Open borders do not work.
