President Trump recently back from his trip to the Middle East brought with him a gift to America in the form of business commitments from companies and countries from the Middle East and from all over the world valued at 10-13 trillion dollars to move their companies to the USA. That’s in less than 120 days. Trump still has 1,340 days left. Put on your seat belts, more to come.
Example: Boeing which was a failing company due to the Boeing 737 plane problem was losing money until Trump last week just got one big order for Boeing planes from 1 Middle Eastern country the largest order in Boeing’s history from Qatar Airways for up to 210 wide body jets, making it the largest-ever order for the company. This order includes 130 787 Dreamliners and 30 777-9s, with options for an additional 50 of each model. The deal also includes GE Aerospace engines to power the aircraft.
Trump’s tariffs policies forces other countries to follow. “The Golden Age of America” is on its way. “The Art of the Deal”
Due to the tariff wars and Trump’s energy policies we will no longer be dependent on other countries for our medicines, medical equipment, strategic metals, energy, computer chips etc. We will be paying the lowest prices for pharmaceutical so people will not have to go thru medical bankruptcy. Yes taxes will be lower across the board to corporation’s large and small including mom and pop businesses that employ 75 % of us. The poor never pay taxes, the tax payers pay the taxes for them when they go shopping.
There will be no taxes on tips, social security and overtime. Social security and Medicaid will NOT be reduced except for fraud, waste and stupidity by a government that mandated that 750 government departments and agencies hire and promote by using D.E.I. Healthy and able bodied people on Medicaid will be asked to work 20 hours a week minimum. No cuts to benefits just the implementation of good management getting rid of the fraudsters. managerial incompetence and partnering that with common sense.
Trump ended D.E.I. a President Biden policy which lowered the standards for employment affecting safety on the ground and in the air, downgrading the educational systems, our military, endangering all Americans in industry, medical care and policing. Trump is on the short list for the Noble Peace Prize by an organization that would not look at him at the end of his term in 2020. In answer to your second point.You are correct the United States cannot produce drugs cheaper than other countries.Trump entered a deal with the pharmaceutical companies to get the lowest cost for drugs and will charge the drug companys zero tariffs if they manufacture their drugs here in the United States. That will cut back on medical bankruptcy the number one cause of bankruptcy in the United States.

I am not justifying the deaths of over 50,000 Palestinian civilians. I am saying that Hamas underestimated their enemy and this brought untolled death and destruction to Palestinian civilians most of whom voted for Hamas. Again you display a lack of knowledge about Social Security, Medicaid, and Food Stamps.
The Social Security Administration does not correlate deaths with Social Security Numbers and birth dates. I have known that since my college days 1965-1968. And even in high school concerning registering for the draft and social security. An individual was not assigned a Social Security number at birth. One had to apply for a Social Security. The lack of posting a date of death with a social security number does not mean that the individual, who is listed as 100 years old is alive, kicking and receiving Social Security payments. As I told a friend, all that is needed is to check use of Medicare with Social Security numbers and payments. If you are 100 years old, you are using Medicare. Until recently your social security number was the same as your Medicare number. If you are not utilizing Medicare, Social Security should send out a notice to the recipient and determine if there is fraudulent use.
Regarding Medicaid. WalMart is the largest beneficiary of Medicaid. Just hire someone part time and you do not have to provide medical coverage. And if you pay them the minimum federal wage of $7.25 an hour and they work 40 hours per week, an individual may qualify for Medicaid, which is approximately $15,000.
Food Stamps: Well WalMart is paying minimum wage= say even $12 an hour is $24,000. For a family of four, the family qualifies for Medicaid- at least it appears that way on the New York State Medicaid chart. My father’s family had several Medical Doctors. And they always told me that in times of financial crisis the first thing a family cuts is their payment for doctor’s visits. (One relative was a General Practitioner and he would not charge a family in financial straits.) WalMart is the largest employer of individuals receiving Medical financial assistance. McDonald’s is another.

I do not have a problem with Trump. Yes, he put assets in a blind trust, but he had not given up control of Trump golf clubs, etc. They may be in the family name, but his sons run the business. Thus, after Trump declared high tariffs on Vietnam, a Trump golf club was fast tracked- $1.5 billion. Of course you can lie to me and say Trump being President has no bearing on the golf club outside Hanoi, Or Kushner being married to Ivanka has nothing to do with Kushner receiving $4.8 billion dollars from Arab countries for his Affinity hedge fund. That is $250 million per year on a 5 per cent management fee. Or how Qatar bailed out the Kushner family in 555 Fifth Avenue and saved the family from bankruptcy. So President Donald Trump as President has not influenced these decisions because he has a blind trust. Remember when he encouraged foreign governments to rent rooms in his Washington hotel.
As for Iran , if the United States had not backed Britain’s overthrow of Mossadegh after Mossadegh had nationalized the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company in 1951 (Mossadegh was overthrown with American assistance, Kermit Roosevelt, in 1953), we would not have a problem with Iran. Regarding Fentanyl: China does not export Fentanyl to the United States. China exports the precursors, basic chemical precursors. These chemicals are utilized to synthesize many pharmaceuticals. The importing American pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers then sell the chemical precursors to other American companies.
As for Canada exporting Fentanyl to the United States- that is not true except that small quantities of Fentanyl are smuggled into the United States. The United States was a major exporter of illegal drugs to Canada from 1994 to 2010. And before.

Ross Perot wanted Americans to purchase American products. Perot, who I believe was on the Board of General Motors, railed against GM. One of his perks, was a free Cadillac. Perot was furious that GM gave him not an assembly-line Cadillac, which GM sold to customers; but a special Cadillac, examined and modified by GM workers, who would correct any manufacturing defects.
Regarding Tariffs on drugs manufactured inside the United States. Tariffs are assessed on God’s imported into the United States. An excuse tax is levied on ethyl alcohol, which is produced for consumption in the United States.
Referencing your statement that no country wants the Palestinians, I must remind you that no country wanted Jews when Jews tried to flee Germany. The United States refused to allow 937 German Jews fleeing Nazi Germany on the MS St. Louis into the United States. Remember.

Regarding your claim of Trump bring selected for the Nobel Peace Prize, the previous time that he demanded the Nobel Peace Prize, Trump received one vote- from the person, who nominated him. Who is applying pressure? Trump is!! He goes after his perceived enemies. Trump’s constant demand that Canada be the 51st state. Just think of his comment about countries coming to kiss his ass.
Pharmaceutical companies moved production offshore because India, China were lower cost producers. You believe that moving pharmaceutical production back to the United States, which is a high cost producer of pharmaceuticals, will lower costs. That is an impossibility- unless he tells the companies that they must lower their profit margins. It is contradictory.
I am not against Trump. I am stating that many of his statements are inherently contradictory.
Lower corporate taxes will bankrupt America. American companies have used Ireland’s low taxes for tax fraud by the use of transfer pricing.

In regard to lowering taxes across the board to corporations large and small and to all tax payers. This will not bankrupt America. History has shown that.
This is not a random experimental unproven event. This has been tried and proven successfully. Politicians are not that smart and don’t understand economics. Small businesses employ 75 % of Americans. Not large corporations. The tax cuts apply to all from the top to the bottom including “mom and pop” companies. They are the one’s that grow the economy not the government.
As an economist with 2 degrees if you look at every President who lowered taxes in the past it increased revenues dramatically instead of losing revenue. It put the dollars into the hands of people who manage it better than government. Government is wasteful and tries to increase employment by expanding government instead of industry. If government’s fails they print money. Companies can’t do that. Government jobs do not produce profits and higher revenue. That money is a dead end to over employing government offices and personnel just for political reasons to show lower unemployment numbers. We don’t need more government. We need less. The private sector is more efficient produces growth, greater GDP, jobs, expansion of revenue and innovations in science and industry.
Money in the hands of the private sector allows businesses to expand, thru employment, hiring sales and marketing people, expanding and modernizing facilities, do more research and development.They are the only source of growth and efficiency. The government is inefficient in spending money. When consumers have extra money they have confidence and spend it more efficiently and yield greater results than government by far. Ronald Reagan is just one of many who proved this. Over regulation and government spending is hurting America. When government fails they print money which is inflationary. When business fail they disappear.
Who is an economist with two degrees?
Not only are many government employees wasteful, but many employees, especially attorneys, are corrupt.
Lower corporate taxes, such as for Subchapter S Corporations, are scams to shift taxes to lower corporate rates- and to avoid Medicaid and Social Security payments. Thus, the rise of stock options taxed at capital gains rates.
Thus Ireland, which you mention, is widely utilized to avoid taxes by transfer payments. Singapore owes its success to Lee Kuan Yew, who said that Singapore succeeded because it was a low- taxed, free enterprise economy that was situated between China and Indonesia. He also attributed the success of Hong Kong to its proximity to China. Singapore, Hong Kong, and Ireland do not have a military- especially a high cost navy.
Now what you should discuss is the failure in Indonesia and Malaysia (without Singapore, the si, joined with Malaya. And discuss the rape and massacre of Chinese in Indonesia.
Also, China does not need H1B visas to attract talent. While the United States would collapse without H1B visas.
Furthermore, the American defense companies, especially shipbuilding, would be bankrupt in a market economy. The American defense companies should be taken over by South Korea, which has a vibrant and successful defense infrastructure.
