One of my readers disagreed with my statement that President Biden could be tried for treason for allowing open borders:
He wrote “Allowing in illegal immigrants does not qualify as giving aid and comfort to an enemy, a foreign power”.
My response was yes allowing open borders meets the standards for a treasonable act under certain conditions as follows.
You have to analyze more deeply the nature of who is coming here, why they are coming here and who is sending them. Most of the people coming here are coming for various reasons including economic opportunity, religious persecution, political oppression etc. But I am not referring to those people.
First and foremost anyone crossing our border without authorization or not going to the official border crossings has committed a crime under the U.S. Federal code so they are all considered here illegally whether they are good people or not. Most of them are good people here mainly for free stuff.
But what you have not considered as a treasonable act or acts are the following:
Democrats and Trump haters with TDS should re-read their bibles especially if they have not read them at all.
To those who attack and discredit President Trump for his crimes, let them look to their religion for guidance and insight and apply the same standards to ex-President Biden and his Border Czar Vice President Kamala Harris.
When it comes to criminal activity by our leaders join the common sense party. To all Christian and Jews as Jesus was a Jew, he taught his followers to forgive thy sinners. “Let those who are without sin cast the first stone.” From the Book of John in the bible.
They look at President Trump as a common criminal but don’t apply the same standards to ex President Joe Biden and his Vice President Kamala Harris.
We are all redeemable except Trump supporters who were called “Irredeemable s” by Hillary Clinton .In the meantime Trump is paying his debt to society by saving for one thing Black lives in Washington D.C, and will be doing the same in Chicago, Baltimore, and blue cities across the nation as well as removing illegal migrants with criminal histories from this country and shutting down our borders completely keeping out any unvetted migrants.
President Biden and Vice President Kamala allowed this criminality to enter our sovereign borders. They openly and publicly invited them here and are directly responsible for all the crimes committed by these illegal migrants as an accessory before the fact.

Examples of treasonable acts:
China our enemy is undermining our countries economy, health care system, military readiness and all aspects of the American way of life and our culture. How? They are sending in thousands of Chinese spies, large amounts of drugs to drug cartels who then manufacture opiods such as fentanyl, and smuggle them into the country killing anywhere from 110,000 young Americans a year. (President Trump said the death toll could be as high as 300,000) destroying the fabric of our country, ruining families , communities , strangling our supply of critical workers in many industries but most importantly will affect the availability of able bodied people for our armed forces, defense industry, farmers, A1 and other high tech industries. These people are currently in short supply.
All these factors are undermining the health, wealth and international competitive edge of our country putting us behind the rest of the world economically and militarily, creating a drug culture larger than it is currently, overburdening our health infrastructure , health budgets and making America a 2nd rate world country unable to compete in the international market place. That’s what China, North Korea, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela and all of America’s enemies want.
Let’s look at another thing the Biden administration did to give aid and comfort to our enemies.
President Joe Biden allowed a Chinese spy balloon in Feb 2023 to cross from Hawaii across the Pacific Ocean to our western border and continue unimpeded across the entire United States over some of our vital and strategic top secret military facilities photographing and taking data as they headed to the East coast of America? And then and only then did the President authorize the balloon to be shot down.
There were so many opportunities over open none populated areas to take down the spy balloon but President Biden did nothing but allowed a spy balloon to do irreparable damage to what degree no one knows but the Chinese.
Did Biden’s son Hunter getting millions of dollars from China, the Ukraine, Russia for the Biden family have anything to do with President Biden’s allowing this to happen and compromise the President’s decision? It’s possible!
So when someone says open borders allowing illegal’s into the United States of America is not a treasonable offense you must look deeper and analyze the circumstances.
Biden and Harris should have to answer for these crimes against humanity and for aiding, abetting and giving comfort to the enemies of the United States of America which is the definition of treason.

Levitt and Morgenthau conspired to allow Edwin Crooks, Louis Miceli, Robert Van Caneghan, members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, to smuggle drugs into the United States. Levitt and Morgenthau conspired to allow Harvey Silverman, Senior Partner at Spear Leeds and Kellogg, to launder the drug money and to set up the drug smuggling. Stuart Sternberg, Partner in SLK and currently owner of the Tampa Bay Rays, knew of the drug smuggling and money laundering.
Gary Weiss, Stephen Shepard, Kenneth Vittor, Sam E Antar allowed drugs to be smuggled into the United States by The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican drug gang, which murdered 1,400 African-Americans. They conspired to cover up the drug smuggling by Crooks, Miceli, VanCaneghan, and H. Silverman.
There are other crimes such as rape, protecting the Nazi Swiss Bank accounts, and the gold pulled from the mouths of murdered Jews, and serial rape, which can be discussed later.
Levitt, Morgenthau, Crooks, Miceli, VanCaneghan, K. Silverman, H. Silverman, are Narco-Terrorists and Traitors because they conspired to smuggle drugs with the consent of a foreign government. Drug money was laundered via the Cayman Islands and drugs were smuggled from a foreign country with the consent of the country (Jamaica by K. Silverman and Bahamas for Crooks, Miceli, VanCaneghan, H. Silverman)
James Kallstrom, Assistant Director of the FBI, conspired with Levitt, Morgenthau, K. Silverman, Crooks, Miceli, VanCaneghan, H. Silverman to allow this drug smuggling and money laundering. These individuals are Traitors because they conspired with foreign countries.
Weiss, Shepard, Vittor, Antar are Narco-Terrorists because they allowed these countries.
And everyone is missing the point about China. China ships precursor chemicals. China does not ship fentanyl. The importers of these precursors make fentanyl in chemical (pharmaceutical) factories. The owners of these factories have to sign a federal document (an end user certificate), a customs receipt for these chemicals. China does not know the end purpose when these chemicals are shipped to the United Staes or other countries.
Fentanyl is not heroine or cocaine, which are manufactured from agricultural crops. Fentanyl is not methamphetamine, which can be synthesized in basements from pseudoephedrine, an over the counter drug.
Fentanyl is made in a pharmaceutical plant. The purity must be very high. It is too dangerous to be synthesized in a basement. It is the importer, the end user, who legally imports the chemical precursors and must sign federal import documents for these chemicals. But these chemical precursors are also produced in the United States- but nobody says that.
Years ago when MDMA was popular, 80 per cent of the MDMA was made in Israel-according to Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper. I mentioned this in my article, “Morgenthau’s Hypocrisy On Drug War,” which was published in The Black Star News.
Allowing illegal aliens into the United States is not treason. According to this blog’s author, conspiring with other countries to allow illegal drugs into the United States is treason. So indict the aforementioned drug smugglers and their enablers and co-conspirators as Traitors.
