Topics to be discussed include tax laws on housing supply, impact of rent control and Rent Guideline Board’s 2026 rent freeze, vouchers program, tickets and infractions against landlords and homeowners… Is there a real housing shortage?

Location of the August 20, 2026 on housing is at Grace Lutheran Church, 103-15 Union Turnpike, Forest Hills, Queens from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
