An ongoing exchange with Attorney Steve regarding the Jan 6th, 2021 protest at the Capitol building in Washington D.C. This is not the Doctor Steve I write about who has the same first name.
In regard to the Jan 6th 2021 protest at the Capital building in Washington DC, Steve the Attorney said:
Stan you are delusional. You refuse to believe your own eyes and ears. That’s what people in cults do.
What we saw was a violent attempt to overthrow our government. These people are domestic terrorists.
A 42 year old police officer died the next day after he was repeatedly beaten with a metal pole and repeatedly sprayed with bear spray. 140 other cops were seriously injured including one who was permanently blinded. Many are permanently disabled.
Ashli Babbitt was a terrorist trying to break into the floor of Congress. She was repeatedly told to back down. She should have complied. These terrorists were certainly given their constitutional rights. They were either convicted by a jury of their peers or pleaded guilty.
Stop making excuses for terrorists. Your Dear Leader Trump also should have been arrested and convicted for directing the terrorists to attack our Capitol.
My reply to Attorney Steve:
Steve no police officer was killed January 6, 2021. One died the following day from a heart attack which takes decades to create by building plaque and blockage in the arteries. No doubt the stress could have contributed to his death but it was not the direct cause as you state.
150 undercover FBI agents in plain clothes were in the crowds urging the protesters to riot and enter the building. You can see under cover men in plain clothes shouting to go in. This is information you can confirm. Especially today when it is headlines. Check the NY Post.
Trump did not say attack the Capitol he said go peacefully and patriotically and protest. He did not say go riot.
Ashli Babbitt was not a terrorist or on the terrorist watch list and even if she was you can’t shoot an unarmed woman stuck in a window in the back. That’s called 2nd degree murder.
She was a veteran who served her country honorably. She was immobile stuck in a window so how was she able to comply with an order when she was stuck in a window trying to get into the building. Coincidentally there were several police officers standing by watching her try and crawl thru the window. They were inside facing her. They were relaxed, hanging out doing nothing as protestors were passing them in the hallway so obviously there was no imminent threat by her or else the police officers would have drawn their guns and ordered her to stop but they didn’t. When they saw the cop on the other side of the window pull his gun they walked away out of the line of sight of the cops gun.
Deadly force is used only when the life of you or another is in immediate danger. She did not point a gun at anyone nor did she or any of the protesters have guns. She was murdered plain and simple.
There was no violent attempt to overthrow the government. You can’t overthrow the government with back packs, water bottles, cell phones, photo taking, protest signs, placards, and yelling. Yelling never works. Especially when there were hundreds of armed Capitol police, hundreds of FBI and hundreds of Washington D.C. cops there who had no plan to control the crowd because they did not want to. They were ordered to set Trump up for failure and to arrest him for treason. The protesters were outgunned a thousand weapons to zero. They had no way to over power the police without guns.
Where are you sourcing your data? The protesters were not there to overthrow the government. To overthrow the government you need guns, the support of the military not water bottles, signs, cameras and backpacks with clothing and food.
When was the last overthrow of any government in the world done without guns, or military support? When was a government overthrown by people carrying signs, placards and no weapons or other threatening means?
The protesters were not tried by a jury of their peers. Check the demographics of Washington D.C. which is mostly Black Democrat citizens. The protesters most if not all were White Republicans.
Much of the testimonies were unsubstanciated , half truths and innuendos by Trump haters and RINOS. Trump was not allowed to present evidence or be represented by attorneys. The video showing Trump telling the crowd to go and protest patriotically and peacefully was never shown in the investigation . It was deliberately kept out of these meetings. Exculpatory evidence was left out and after the investigations and testimony; evidence and materials were destroyed implying a flawed, dishonest hearing with false evidence and cover ups to protect criminal activity against President Trump by the Democrats kangaroo court. They did not want to give Trump a chance to review these materials so he could demonstrate his innocence.
That is symbolic of why they call Washington D.C. the swamp and the deep state. It is probably the most corrupt place in the world considering the countrys wealth and military power, the influences of the pharmaceutical, defense, tobacco, consumer goods and other industrys along with powerful lobbyist that pay to play and get their way.
The government was complicit in the January 6th protests as todays investigations are proving. They planted 150 FBI agents among the protestors to agitate them into a fenzy and along with some capital police waved them into the Capitol building.
It was a setup by the government by the Democrats including Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden and others to try and hide the fact that the election was corrupted by illegal voting methods and strategys, to embarrass President Trump and eventually arrest him for leading an insurrection and charging him with treason. This was perhaps the greatest attempt in history to rig an election as evidence is being uncovered every day by the Department of Justice, the FBi, Congressional hearings and other Washington D.C. investigations.
