Vic Starsky spoke on the City of YES followed by Jonathan Rinaldi and Jimmy Schwatzman. Jim Trent and Arthur Teiler made great comments about the City of YES. Unfortunately, club’s laptop battery died when they spoke. Mike asked how it could stopped. Answer from David R., vote against politicians who favor it.
Other speakers included Elena Chin on Proposition One; Bill Schacht on resiliency; David Abraham on behalf of Stephen Weiner for Queens Surrogate Court Judge; Brandon Castro, candidate for State Assembly District 30; Robert Speranza, candidate for State Assembly District 26; and Suzanne Chronowitz on the India Day parade. Arek was the winner of the 50/50 raffle.
