  • When I was a member of the American Stock Exchange, the most powerful member of the American Stock Exchange was Louis Miceli. Miceli was a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, when he called me, Edward Manfredonia, “a fuckin’ Jew,” and praised the ovens of Auschwitz, etc. (All of this was known to Jews at the Amex and was sworn to in federal court filings. Arthur Levitt then Chairman of the Amex and Joel Lovett, Vice Chairman of the Amex Board, refused to fine Miceli.

Miceli even refused to fight me.

When the FBI discovered through me that Miceli was smuggling drugs and laundering drug money via Harvey Silverman, Principal Partner in Spear Leeds and Kellogg, Levitt as Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission used his influence to take over the investigation of the drug smuggling. Levitt, via his chauffeur relaying the message said: “Something’s are better left unknown.”

No Jew stood up to Miceli. Only I did. Miceli refused to fight me despite weighing 50 pounds more and being a high school hero football player.

Next time I will tell you how Levitt and Robert Morgenthau allowed Nazis to keep the dental gold taken from Jews murdered in Auschwitz. Remember for a brief period, I represented Frost & Sullivan, a Luxembourg entity, at the American Stock Exchange. Remember Heinz Grein was a descendent of minor Nazi Royalty.

All this sworn to and submitted in federal court.

    Edward Manfredonia
