I was corrected in saying that President Biden can be tried for treason for promoting and encouraging open borders:
I was told that: “Allowing in illegal migrants does not qualify as giving aid and comfort to an enemy, a foreign power”. And therefore is not an impeachable offence.
My response is yes allowing open borders meets the standards for a treasonable act as follows. Let me explain.
You have to analyze more deeply the nature of who is coming here, why they are coming here and who is sending them. Most of the people coming here are good people coming for various reasons including economic opportunity, religious persecution, political oppression, medical procedures, health care, chain migration, anchor births and some for lots of free stuff etc. But I am not referring to those people.
First and foremost anyone crossing our border without authorization or not going to the official border crossings has committed a crime under the U.S. Federal code so they are all considered to be here illegally and are considered criminals whether they are good people or not.
But what was not considered as treasonable acts are the following:
China our enemy is undermining our countries economy, health care system, military readiness and all aspects of the American way of life and culture. They are sending in thousands of Chinese spies, large amounts of drugs via drug cartels who then manufacture these deadly drugs and smuggle them into the country killing anywhere from 110,000 young Americans a year (President Trump said the numbers could be as high as 300,000) destroying the fabric of our country, ruining families , communities , strangling or supply of critical workers in many industries but most importantly will affect the availability of able people for our armed forces , defense industry , A1 people in short supply thus undermining the health, wealth and competitive edge of our country in the world economy ,putting us behind the rest of the world economically and militarily, creating a drug culture larger than it is currently, overburdening our health infrastructure, health budgets and making America a 2nd world 2nd rate country. That’s what China, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba , Iran (supporting the terrorist groups Hamas, the Houthis, PLO, Hezbollah) and all of America’s enemies want.
Now let’s look at other things the Biden administration did to give aid and comfort to our enemy China which is one of the standards to determine if treason occurred. If we give aid and comfort to China are we also giving aid and comfort to Russia, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba, and all of our enemies?
Did we forget that Joe Biden allowed a Chinese spy balloon in Feb 2023 to cross from Hawaii across the Pacific Ocean to our western border then continue to cross the entire United States over some of our vital and strategic top secret military facilities photographing and taking data as they headed to the East coast of America?
Did President Biden’s son Hunter getting millions of dollars from China, the Ukraine and the Mayor of Moscow for the Biden family have anything to do with President Biden’s allowing this to happen? This is definitely giving aid and comfort to our enemies due to gross negligence, the lack of management and oversight by the Biden administration or a deliberate act of treason. Misfeasance or malfeasance ill let the jury decide.
So when people say open borders allowing illegal’s into the United States is not a treasonable offense they must look deeper and separate the honest people from the spy’s and criminals.

He allowed Harvey Silverman, member of the Amex Board to launder drug money. Bill Clinton also allowed The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican. Drug Gang, to smuggle drugs into the United States and Canada. The Shower Posse murdered more than 1,400 Black Americans.

The Supreme Court said that President Trump has immunity for his presidential actions. That applies to President Biden. Vice President Harris cannot be charged because she had no responsibility for Biden’ s actions.

A President can be criminally prosecuted for treason for aiding, abetting and giving comfort to the enemy. He can also be impeached.
Biden is not President. Harris is not Vice President. They cannot be impeached.

And let us not forget our tragic and irresponsible departure from Afghanastan after fighting for 20 years leaving 13 of Americans finest warriors dead, 100s of Afghanistan civilas murdered,100s of billions of dollars worth of military weapons, air craft, helicopters, equiptment behind to our enemies and abandoning one of the most modern high tech airforce bases called Bagram airforce base along with all the data and information of the loyal citizens who helped us fight the Taliban who we promised from day one that when we leave we would take them with us.
President Biden and General Milley instead of orchestrating a safe and strategic departure were more focused on making the military woke and politically correct with the application of D.E.I. Now if that is not giving aid and comfort to the enemy an impeachable offense then what is? Let us not forget that Bidens incompentancy along with General Milley left behind 87 billion dollars worht of our top military equipment and techmology to fight wars . That included Airplanes, helicopters, personel carriers, tanks, trucks, autos, top secret weapons, ammunition, night vision equipment, top secret papers and files, radar and communicaion equipment , ledgers and dosiers on our enemies and who helped us fight the Taliban. These records alone enabled the Taliban to seek and kill those Afghani’s who were loyal to our American armed forces that fought with us for 20 years risking their lives and the lives of their families. We promised them that when we leave Afghanastan we would take them and their loved ones with us to start a new life in the United States as a reward for their service to our country and we did just the opposite. And if that is not giving aid and comfort to our enemies than I don’t know what is as defined by American law.
President Biden, Vice President Harris , General Milley and others should be investigated to determine if in fact they committed treason specically by giving aid and comfort to our enemies as defined by our laws.
