Stephen Colbert is not a comedian or an entertainer; he is a hired hand, a bounty hunter in a way and a political pundit for the left. His mission is to take Trump out of the political arena by degrading and insulting him, demeaning his policies, his administration and anyone who is a friend or alli of the President.
It is apparent that Colbert’s CBS’s senior executives encourage this vitriolic one way political diatribe or else Colbert would not do it. After all CBS pays his salary. And why would they allow such a display of hate since they are insulting half their audience who voted for President Trump. They knew they would lose that revenue stream. So my question is who is picking up the difference in revenue to offset the losses that enable this to happen? Someone has to follow the money.
The net results were their ratings have suffered. This translates into less revenue and in the world of business, revenue and profits keep the business alive and the stockholders happy. It’s the bottom line the stock holders want to see go up. Therefore I have to conclude that outside forces or donors who want to bring down the President must be contributing funds to CBS to offset their loss of ratings and revenue otherwise why would CBS screw their stockholders?
The same might apply to ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show. Kimmel spews hate and vitriol across the airwaves against President Trump and anyone aligned with the President. Kimmel is more emotional and the hatred is personal compared to Colbert. They don’t invite pro Trump guests on the show so basically these shows are partisan hacks for the woke Democrat party and left wing socialists to brainwash America and take out Trump. But it seems to be having the reverse affect as Americans see through the hate, the lies, the half truths and omissions.

There is a pattern here where large media networks allow this anti Trump political hatred to be broadcast nationally knowing they are losing ratings and money. So I have concluded there are outside sources of money supporting this to offset the losses by these giant media organizations otherwise the broadcasters are not fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities and are working against their stockholders.
What is more insulting is the TV audience (you and me) hears the studio audience’s rousing enthusiasm, their yelling and enormous applause making us think that the studio audience is 100 % behind the messaging. But do not be fooled. Anyone who has attended one of these shows can tell you that the audience’s response is orchestrated. There are several cheer leaders directing the audience to follow their instructions.
The audience is cued by applause and other signs that flash and light up at the appropriate moments and the TV show personnel tell the audience when to stand up, when to applaud, when to yell and the laughter is mostly canned recorded laughter. If you listen carefully most of the laughter is digital audio recordings that have the exact sounds of laughter or noise whatever is needed and appropriate to help the show along and to demonstrate to the nation the audience’s approval.
When Colbert or Kimmel are introduced the audience is prompted to get out of their seats, yell and scream. That’s basically the response script for the audience throughout the show.
Their ratings are very low. CBS gave Colbert notice that his insulting half of Americans show has come to an end. He is finished. Greg Gutfelds ratings are higher than Colbert, Kimmel and Fallon combined.
The bottom line is neither one of them offer entertainment or comedy. What they offer is political propaganda to bring down the President and the party in order to gain power. In my opinion it is being financed by rich left wing anti Trump power mongers, power brokers and foreign actors seeking to bring down the Trump MAGA machine, to attain and keep power and to move America to the left.
